How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What Can I Tell You About?
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
What If the Problem Is With a Provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Still, please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
How Do I Reach You?
Send an email to contact@plasmagon.online and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
What Happens After I Write?
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
What If I Am Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
